Disappearing Contacts in bcm 2007!!

Hi all..

I have a user in my network who's business contact manager seems to deleting
some of the contacts!! Dont think they are being deleted off the server, but
this user is unable to see some of them that other users connecting to the
same database can see. She can create new ones but after a day or so they
will have disappeared!??!

Anyone any ideas??

I haven't heard of this. There isn't a filter-per-user feature in BCM.
Have you tried looking in that user's deleted items folder for those
contacts?
 
Just got an update form the user there. She has been sayign that it is
actually happenign too all users. Meaning that contacts now disappearing and
also oppurtunites disappearing on everyones pcs.

Any ideas anyone??
 
Is there any update on this - ive just started having the smae thing
happening here

I found out that mine was due to someone putting in a strange filter. I
removed all filters and they returned :D

Sorry for late reply Adrian.. I'm still having the issue on my network here..
Was the filter installed on a individuals outllok or is it something in
Business Contact Manager?
