Hi
I recently installed a Logitech web cam and after some difficulty got it installed. I then tried to install the imaging software but couldn't. I then find that there is no sign of my CD Rom drives anywhere on my computer. I have been to the Device Manager and unistalled both CD drives, hoping that Windows XP would pick them up again on re-boot. No luck there either. Can anybody help please?

See if this helps: "CD-ROM Access Is Missing and Messages Cite Error
Code 31, Code 32, Code 19, or Code 39 After You Remove Easy CD Creator
in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=314060).

Hi
Check for a loose or damaged ide cable. Did you recently
repair windows?
