disappearing calendar....

i setup an appointment in my calendar and sent it out invitation to others
who received the message fine, problem is, it did not appear in my
calendar...

how do i get this appointment to appear in my calendar?...... and is their a
fix for this?.....

im using outlook 2007 sp1, and have caching enabled...

I have 4 users calendars i maintain as their secretary.... and i did look at
"by category in a recipeints calendar, who recieved it, i a notice their is
a Paperclip next to this meeting ....what does that mean?....

the paper clip means there is an attachment on it.

but their was no attachments applied to the meeting when it was created....
