I am not sending this from the suspect compoter, but the
problem is: Whenever the User setup/create new
appointments in his Outlook Calendar and closes Outlook
(Outlook 2000), it seems that when he opens up Outlook
again and selects Appointment View, he could see the
appointments scheduled but there is no Time/Date for the
appointments.
Now, I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office 2000
Professional on his system and he is still experiencing
the same problem. How can I resolve this issue? Is there
a way to remove customized settings from Outlook or his
Profile?

Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanViews" switch. The
link(s) below will give you the instructions on how to use it
(use the one for your outlook version). Do this using the
clients profile.
