I have a Dell xps 420, desktop, with Ultimate Vista. I installed Windows
Office 2000, until I can
figure out the settings (such as getting a single spaced letter typed
instead of double space) in student edition 2007. I typed a letter and saved
it to a Documents folder. Then when I looked in the Documents (accident
2007) folder, it wasn't there. I found it through search to print out a
second copy and tried to save it again. I changed the name a little and
saved it to the same folder. Where is it going? It is not in the folder that
I saved it to. Ginny

Go back into Word and open the document, and then go to File, Properties and
look at the full path and name. If you do a Save As, this should also open
to the same folder the original file is saved in, so you can see the
location there. .

I don't have Office 2007, but in word 2003 the line spacing setting is under
Format, Paragraph, Indents and Spacing, Spacing, Line Spacing.

At the link below, click on "change line spacing".
