Disallow AutoArchive Option When No Send Limit Reached

When a User reaches their no send limit, Exchange/Outlook pops a window
providing the User a few options to reduce their mailbox size, incl. the
option to Archive their mail to a local .pst file.

Can we disallow the archive option as we do not want any local .pst files.

Thanks for an insight you may have!
 
What Outlook version? Have you considered setting the DisablePST registry value (well documented in the MSKB)?

I believe there's a group policy setting (or an ORK tool) to disallow PSTs..
