Disalbling Run/Save dialogue box

How can i disable the Run/Save dialog box in IE whenever i click on exe file.

Example : whenver i click on an exe file that i have to run on IE, it askes
me the following option to choose i.e Run,Save, Cancel.....I want to avoid
this dialog box and want that exe to run directly.

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, but, try the
following and see if it helps>

Go to IE.Tools>Security>select the Internet icon in the window and click
'Custom level' button.
In the list in the top window you will see Items for ActiveX controls and
Plug-ins.
UNcheck "Prompt" for 'Download signed for ActiveX controls'

Then scroll down to the list to the Downloading section
Uncheck the box next to "Automatic prompting for file downloads

Click Apply
Close IE to allow changes to take effect, reopen IE and try the download
again

You can also do the following:

Go to Windows Explorer (Not IE) Tools>Folder Options>File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit (or Advanced, depending on your Windows version).
UNcheck the box for "Confirm open after download".
