hello..
As part of CRM 5.0,Iam integrating an mailbox reading applicatio
(mail_eater) to MS Outlook 2000.This application reads th
mail,generates a request & sends notification to customer.When thi
application try to read from the Outlook inbox, the outlook throws a
alert ,asking whether to allow this appn to read ur mailbox & I fee
outlook is identifying mail_eater appn as a virus .Outlook will gran
the permission only if the user click 'yes'.
I want my appn to read the inbox without any human intervention.I wan
this security alert to be disabled. How do I do this ?

The alerts are,

1.
'A prg is trying to acess email_addresses you have stored i
Outlook.Do u want to allow this ?
If this is unexpected then it may be a virus, you should choose 'No'

2.
A program is trying to automatically send email on ur behalf.
Do u want to allow this ?
If this is unexpected then it may be a virus, you should choose 'No'

Anybody pls help me..

Thanks in advance
