All of the options you need to do this is in the tools->startup. Try running the 3rd small file here: http://www.attcanada.net/~kallal.msn/msaccess/DownLoad.htm The above complete hides the ms-access interface, and no code, or security was used. Just take a look at the startup options (tools->startup) that I used.
