Disabling Screen Saver

Hello!
One of my 2K Server boxes has a quirk that has me stumped. We usually
just turn it on and let it sit at the logon prompt (ctrl-alt-del). This
hasn't been a problem as we do most of the administration remotely; However,
a screen saver will start when it is left at the logon screen, which for
some odd reason will not stop when we use mouse or keyboard, leaving the box
unusable locally.

Does anyone know how to disable to the screen saver that starts before you
logon?

I thought it might have been the one on screen savers tab but it was set to
None. I also thought applying a screen saver and setting it for 9999 minutes
might work but it did not.
