Disabling Pop-up infomation within the calander.

I was wondering if their any way to deactivate the pop-up information
and the show grid in detail within the planner options button within
the calendar options.

The reason why I need to do this is because within my company we have
competing clients within the agency. So, we don't want the other any
pop-up calendar details along with showing calendar details within the
grid. If possible I would like to disable that option completely; I
don't want to have the end-user to have the rights/power to enable to
that option on there own.
Right now were currently were are running Outlook 2002.
 
Not sure but you may be able to do this using the Office Resource Kit on
installation.
