Disabling Menu Hiding

Hi,
Right now, many menus hide unused items unless you click
on the two down-arrows, or wait a few seconds, e.g. on
the Start/Programs menu. Is there a setting somewhere
which says to always show all menu items?

Right-click the Start button > Properties > Customize: uncheck
"Personalized menus" here.
