Right click on the folder(s)/file(s) that are encrypted,
choose 'Properties',
on the 'General' tab, click on 'Advanced...' attributes,
uncheck 'Encrypt contents to secure data',
Click 'OK',
back at the 'General' tab, click on 'Apply'.
Take note of any messages and only proceed if you're happy you know what
you're doing.
