Disabling Fields In a Form

I created a Form in access. Its intended to manage both Service and Customer
related requests. There is a field that provides a drop down menu giving the
user the option of choosing Service Request or Customer Request.

Here is what I need to achieve, if somone selects a Service Request I want
the form to disable or dim those fields applicable to Customer Requests and
vice versa. How can I trigger certain fields to disable or dim based on a
specific selection type?
