Disabling auto update reboot

We use the 3rd update option (win2k pro sp/4) to install
and run updates at predetermined schedules. We would like
to adhere to this but, our users are getting prompted to
reboot and respond Yes or No. This is great BUT then
windows will begin a countdown to restart if there is no
user response. If the user is not present to click YES or
NO, their PC gets rebooted anyway. This is not good.
Can we keep our update settings like they are and
eliminate the countdown so they only get the YES or NO
message?
Please do not suggest the second update option where
Windows downloads the update but does not install right
away. Our users would never open that to complete the
install.

Thanks much,

Chad

There is a regiestry key to set that will cause a pop-up
to appear prompting a logged on user to reboot but will
not time out. Look in the SUS documentation it should be
there.
