How can I disable the IE6 InfoBar's "active content" warning on a global
basis, and not just one page at a time as I go?
I just helped a local Web designer move all his work to a new computer that
I built for him. His Web design tools use local, file-based Web sites. Every
time he does "Preview in browser" with IE6, the InfoBar blocks the "active
content" that's present (scripting, usually) in almost every single page.
This warning does NOT occur on his old computer, with all the same software
and security updates in place. Where can we change this setting? I
understand that the Local Computer zone is configurable only through the
Registry and not through IE options... Thanks!
