Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the Accessability Options via
Group Policy via any built-in templates?

Or am I going to have to write my own?

Anyone have the registry keys?

Thanks!

Hi Jay-

You should be able to implement a policy to remove Accessibility Options
from being displayed in the Control Panel. This will not reverse or alter
any pre-existing settings set via Accessibility Options though.

The path to do this in Group Policy Editor is User
Configuration->Administrative Templates->Control Panel. The setting is
named "Show only specified Control Panel applets". This works by creating
a list of all that the user can use, so you'll need to enable the policy
setting, then add all control panels which you want your users to have,
excluding Accessibility Options

Please repost if this doesn't fit your needs.

Hi Tim,

What I am really looking for is the ability to actually disable their use
more than simply hiding them from the user interface.

I've had instances where even though the options are hidden from the user
interface if users hit the right key combinations they are turned on.

I'd like to complete disable this from happening.

Thanks
