disabled video adater question

I acidentally disabled my video adapter and now my screen
load up black... Is there anyway to fix this????
 
Try hitting F8 at boot up, choose last know good configuration. If that
doesn't work, choose "Enable VGA mode" which will load the most basic driver
you can use.

I didnt work. It still is blank...
