Disabled Keyboard Enter Key

I'm having problem with my keyboard especially the Enter
Key, Whenever I'm browsing the internet and close the
minimized window using right mouse click in the taskbar,
the Enter Key is now diabled and could not function
anymore in any applications or window. I have to log off
then log in if I want to restore the Enter Key.

Pls help me with problem.

This is an oddball problem showing up on some systems. A few people have
been able to eliminate it by disabling/uninstalling toolbar add-ons for
internet browsing. The beta MSN toolbar was one name that cropped up. There
were one or two more but don't recall them offhand.

There have also been reports of this behavior on specific platforms. If you
