I have a control that is calculated and thus not enabled. However, I don't
like the look of the disabled control. It's hard for the user to see the
value with the gray on gray. I tried to change this with properties without
any luck. Can I change the default look of a disabled control?

Thanks!!

Hi, Sam.
Can I change the default look of a disabled control?

No. It's going to be greyed out whenever it's disabled. This is a standard
Windows convention. However, the control's Locked Property can be set to Yes
and the Enabled Property set to Yes, and then the user will be able to read
the value in a control, but not edit it (even if it weren't calculated).
