Disabled bios

I get a message that the bios is disabled at startup.I am
having no real problems with it,But is that a problem?

The BIOS for sure is not disabled because your computer would not
start otherwise. Since this is a non-Windows question (Windows is not
yet loaded when the message appears), you may want to consult the
manual or manufacturer of the computer for help with it.
