disable yellow bar in outllk 2002

Is there any way to disable the yellow bar at the top of
all the email, in Outlook 2002.
I'm sure this bar is a plus for some. But I really don't
care if there are extra lines in the mail that have
removed.

Tools -> Options -> General tab -> Email Options -> Disable the "Remove
extra line breaks" option.

The sender may actually have a reason for inserting extra whitespace (in
this case, line breaks), like to better separate a paragraph. Turn off
this "feature" and you'll also get rid of it reporting itself in action
(because it no longer acts).
