disable XP Prof services

I have XP Prof but sometimes I don't need the Prof functionalities, and
would rather have a stripped-down Home version, e.g. when I use the XP
notebook for music software which need as much processor power as possible
(I don't want to install and double-boot a Home version additionally).

Which XP Prof services can I safely set to 'manual start'?

My notebook runs in a small home network and is connected to the internet
using a DSL router.

There are many XP services which can be safely disabled (optional services).
