by the way, I right click on it and try to exit and it
tells me that another application is using it, such as
outlook, outlook express, or ie. I am sure none of these
are running.
I finally got it, I started in safe mode and on
"start","run" I put "RunDll32
advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%
\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove" and this removed it YEA!!!!
