I'm not sure you can disable WFP. But, if you load the new file into
%system32%\dllcache first, when WFP does its job, it should "replace" them
with your version.
In order to replace files without WFP putting them back again, you will
need to use safe mode.
One question though. What files are you trying to replace. Mixing and
matching operating system files manually can cause problems.
