I work at a College, and we have Dell Laptops with Vista and headphones on
them. This helps them to be quieter, however the students blast the volume
on these so that we in the office can still hear the music. I would like to
disable the volume functionality for our student user login. I would like to
set the volume at a certain level and they wouldn't be able to change it.
Please advise. Steve

I don't know of any way to do this in Vista or any other Windows OS but you
may want to look at this application
