Assuming that your users probably aren't familiar with
customizing menus, my first thought is to remove the
button from the toolbar.menu, select Toolbars/Customize. Drag the printer from
the actual toolbar (not the selection box in the middle of
your screen) to your form - make sure there's a little "X"
on the button as you drag it. Drop it anywhere as long as
it still has the "X". It's gone. When you go to
datasheet view (Table or Query), the button will exist
there.the Customize box you opened and open the toolbars you
want to modify. Try this out and post back when you get
some results.
