I need to disable the use of the start menu completely. I checked the
following link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/292504 from Microsoft
and didn't find what I was looking for.

Thats what I'm after but the desired effect is not quite right I would
like to allow my users to retain access to the Menu Bar do you have any
further instructions or suggestions.
