Disable the Mouse Wheel

Hi all again, how do i disbale the mouse wheel from "scrolling" my
records...i have a form in single view...when i use the mouse wheel to
scroll..all the records are scrolled...so to say...

Access 2007 has a built-in property to control this. For earlier versions
of Access, Stephen Lebans has a solution:
