disable the Expand/Collapse All view in outlook 2003?

I would like to know how to disable the Expanded/Collapsed view in Oultlook
2003. I want only the Expanded view, since it has the date and time details.
I don't want to look at an extra line in between every single message.
Besides, that extra line for every message in the expanded view is redundant
anyway. I essentially want to get it looking like Outlook XP...or even
Outlook Express. Please tell me there is a way to do this, or else I think
I'm going back to Outlook Express.
