I have the in line auto complete unchecked?
Tools | Internet Options | Content tab | Auto Complete button | Uncheck your
choice of the three and hit the Clear buttons. Also notice the directions
at the bottom of the window for Clearing History.

That I have done but it dosen't clear the entries even after reboot
