Hi. I trying to disable the use of task manager on a our Terminal Servers. I
created a GPO and used the Computer Configuration eg set regkey which comes
in the system.adm
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableTaskMgr=1
This didn't work!! but if I use the User Configuration eg set regkey
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableTaskMgr=1
It works fine. My question is how can I disable task manager on these
servers only using GP for the Computer Configuration not user. The reason why
I don't want to enable this for users is that I don't want task manager
disabled on their desktops just when they login to a Terminal Server.
