Hi,

I have read posts dating back to February 2003 and
searched the Internet...does ANYBODY know how to Disable
the shift key which by passes security. I don't want
people in the linked table!

I don't have Visual Basic application and I am not an
Access Expert.

I have tried many suggestions and it still doesn't work.
I am currently running Access 97.

Thanks,

Vince

Lookup AllowBypassKey in the help file: there's an example of how to set the
property. Unfortunately, the example isn't as good as it could be: to make
it more secure, use the ChangePropertyDdl routine Michka provided at
http://www.mvps.org/access/general/gen0040.htm rather than the
ChangeProperty routine in the help file.

Thanks Doug!!!
I will learn.
