How can I disable the command in any later version of Internet Explorer that
allows any user to set an image as a desktop background? I think the only
place this occurs is in the right click context menu.

Thank you for your help,
Paul

Hi Paul,
I think you need to do that through the GPO by opening a Run Command and
type in:
gpedit.msc click [OK]
On the Group Ploicy locate the the:

[&] Administrative Templates:
[&] desktop = in the right look for these entries:
. Active Desktop wallpaper
. Allow Only bitmapped wallpaper
. Prohibit adding items
. Prohibit changes
Hope this what you are after.
Regards,
nass
