I have created an access database and would like to move it to another
machine, share it so users can use it. I presently have security enabled and
have a workgroup file etc. that works.

How can I
A) Move it with the file and share so it will work?
B) Disable the security so I can move, share and re-create the security file?

Please help!!!!!

You don't share files else you risk corruption. Split the application (more
info here http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/splitapp/index.htm), put the back
end (data) file where all users can access it and give each user their own
copy of the front end file.

file?

That sounds like a lot of unnecessary work. Have you studied the FAQ on
security? There's a link to it on my web site.
