only thing left is msn messanger and if some one clicks
on open Received Files in file menu can excess my hard

disable my users from opening "open Received Files" link
in file menu.

i am usinr XP

workgroup (no domain in my network)
i cant use user account
becouse i have to login automaticaliy in xp so that my
cafe management software can run.
so the account running is admin account (not admin
account which is called administrator)

You might want to going into messenger and clicking on
tools and then options then the messages tab and see if
you can leave it blank so they have no where to put it.
there might also be a key in the registry that specifys to
messenger where to put the files you might be able to go
in there and delete the key and leave it blank
