disable recall message.

Haha, it works but with so since it has to meet so many conditions that it
is practically disabled already.

You can disable it by Group Policy but you'll need to know the command ID
for the button. If you don't know what the ID is post back with your Outlook
version and I'll look it up.

The command ID is 2511. Not sure if it's the same for Outlook 2000. If it's
not I'll look that one up again for you.
