Hi all,

does somebody know if is possible and how to disable the printing feature in
Outlook? maybe using GPO?

Thanks a lot!

Matteo.

you can disable any menu using GPO. Because there are so many printer
hooks, it might be a PITA doing it from outlook. Can you block outlook.exe
from using the printer?

Hi Diane ,

blocking Outlook.exe from using the printer shoul be good as well, is this
possible by GPO?

Thanks! Matteo

I'm not sure - I'm not a GPO expert. It may depend on the printer software
too. I'm not sure where the best place to ask would be - probably a server
or Admin group.
