J John Aug 6, 2003 #2 Try this. Find a presentation on your hard drive, right-click on it and choose OPEN WITH, CHOOSE PROGRAM. Find powerpoint.exe or MS powerpoint for windows and make sure to check the box that says "Always use the selected program..." I hope that works for you, John
