No, but you could use a custom contact form instead.

Why do you want to disable it?

Not sure but a critique of our Office 2003 deployment by
Help Desk this was an issue raised whether it's valid I'm
not sure.

Can I force this custom contact form on users? If so is
there a howto somewhere to create a custom contact form?

Thanks You!

But why did they raise that issue? Are they just being ornery?

You can make a registry change to substitute your custom form for the
default form. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault .

Trying to create a Custom Contact Form. Got the
transcript of a MS web broadcast on howto create a custom
contact. However, it is very technical light and want to
be able to hide some pages from view. The article
mentions to do it but doesn't show you how. Can Anyone
tell me howto hide the unwanted pages.

Thank You!

Trying to create a custom Contact Form. When I try to
save the form get a warning regarding Save File
AS.However not able to fill in this field and don't know
what to put there and don't know if there is going to be
other gotcha questions before saving the form. Can anyone
help me here? Thanks!

What's the exact error message? If you're planning to use registry form
substitution, you need to publish, not save the form.

Sue,

After experimenting found I that the design contact form
is an older vintage that doesn't give have the same
layout aka can't edit out picture per KB 823133.
Do you know if Microsoft has updated this? If not I guess
maybe getting a contact form from Outlook 2000 maybe
could do this?

Glenn

That's the whole idea of the original post that started this thead. If you
customize the first page of the contact form, the OL2003 picture feature is
no longer available. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm#ol2003pic
