Disable Network Card

I have an HP computer, and the integrated network card
that comes with it can only go up to 40k a second, but
when i try to use the one that came with my DSL order,
the integrated card conflicts with the other network card.

my question is, how do i fully disable the integrated
network card that came with my computer?
