Disable limited users from changing display properties.

I am working on XP pro and have had a problem with users changing the
background to obscene images. I understand that this can be done in the
registry, but have not found the specific key. Thanks for any help.

I'd say that group policy is the way to go here.... you can control a lot of
things that way, including display settings.
Or take a look at the Shared Computer Toolkit (MS download).

Of course, as a wise man once said, "There are seldom good technological
solutions to behavioral problems." If this is a business computer, why isn't
management smacking the perpetrators upside the head?
