Disable Keyboard Commands (eg. alt-tab, ctrl functions)

I'm setting up a group policy and I am trying to figure
out how I can disable keyboard commands such as Alt-Tab,
as well as Ctrl-P, and Ctrl-O within Internet Explorer
using group policies. I've noodled around looking for
it, but have had no luck. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks!

This can not be done in a Group policy that I now of. This is usually done
with a Keyboard filter driver.
