Disable format C:

I am putting a PC in a public space and want to stop
anyone from being able to reformat the hard drive. Is
there a way to do that?
 
One possible way is to use a non-printable character in the C: volume label
name.

Other possiblitiy: Make the general account a "limited user". Only
Administrator type accounts can format C:.

Anthon, don't worry about it. You can't format C: from within XP if it's the
system and boot drive. You would need to use a bootdisk or
boot from a WinXP CD in order to format C:
