Disable fan disables hole system

Hi, if I disable a fan on the mainbord it disables the hole system.
I don't want have those fans in my systeem 'cause it's cool enough
and makes a lot of noise.

anyone an idea? (there is no sensor at on in the fan just 2 wires, so mabye
I have to put a resitors?)

just run *one* fan on the motherboard headers

Did the fan come with the board, or did you add it?

If it's built onto the board, live with it... It's there for a reason.

Panaflo 80mm fans 21 DB as a replacement. Trick is to find a way to mount
it.
