Disable error message

Can I disable the following error message without
change the cause of the error ?
"Your current security setting probit running ActiveX
controls on this page. As a result the page may not
display correctly"

Go to Tools > Options > Security > Customize. Scroll down to ActiveX and
enable it.

This is not what I ment.
I do not want to change the security settings.
