Don't install them? Uninstall them? We're left with guessing due to the
vagueness of the post.

| How can I disable DOS based games?

What DOS games?.. unless you installed DOS games, you should not have to
disable them..

What I mean by DOS based games are Games that run under MS DOS environment &
Windows 95,98.

In Windows 95, 98, I can change the setting in the registry by running
POLEDIT to disable MSDOS applications from running but I do not know how to
do this in Windows XP.

Any suggestions?

Look at "Prevent access to 16-bit applications"
