There are group policies available to change what the users can select
when Ctrl+Alt+Delete is pressed, but AFAIK there is no way to completely
disable Ctrl+Alt+Delete. The policies can disable workstation locking,
task manager, log off etc.

In addition to Olof's reply, I just have to ask, why would you want to do
this?

I have 4 windows based computers that they have installed
a software for a kiosko of internet. for the best security
I need to disable this option because the clients can pres
CTRL+ALT+DELETE and stop the software and they can manage
the computers.

just go into passwords in contrl panel and sel passwords i think its on the second page there is an opt to kill ctrl alt del

No problem. Open group policy editor, gpedit.msc, User Configuration ->
Administrative templates -> System -> Ctrl+Alt+Del Options. Enable all
policies there.
