Hello,

I would like to disable copmuter turn off by non-
administrators when other users are loged on.

Allow Stand-By or Hibernate only (of course they may log
off...).

Our software ActiveExit can do that:

http://www.winability.com/active-exit/

You can configure it so that a password would be required when someone
attempts to shutdown the computer.
