Disable CDplayer.exe Dialog

Any time my system(windows 2000 professional) starts, a
dialog box relate to the CDplayer.exe program says
says "could not download album information from the
internet" .how do i disable this dialog box and/or
prevent CDPlayer.exe from running when my system starts.
I cannot find it in either the Startup folder nor the
run/runOnce folder in the Registry.Any ideas.

Try launching CDPlayer.exe, click options, preferences,
album options tab. Try unchecking both 'Enable' boxes &
see if that works.
